Since menopause, I've been dealing with sagging neck skin, fine lines, wrinkles and weight gain. So, as an over 60 year old woman, I'm on a pro-aging (not anti-aging) journey. This includes starting a skincare routine, (which I've never had before), eating healthier, losing weight, learning how to apply makeup and wearing clothes that don't make me look frumpy. The content that I share here will be things that you can do at home, and at a much lower price than in-office procedures. I love to do lots of research on skincare and pro-aging, (anti-aging devices), so you won't have to. There will be lots of before and afters, and reviews of devices and products.
