He served as professor and college secretary at the UP School of Labor and Industrial Relations, then joined the private sector as Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer. He later served as Chief Operations Officer and President of various companies. He also served as International Consultant/Project Team Lead for Asian Development Bank; Rhythm Plus-Uzbekistan; French Eiffel-Matiere Consortium, Renardet SA, Geneva.
