Monroe The Husky

We drove from Florida to North Carolina to pick Monroe up on August 2nd. I was expecting Tonka to fall in love with her at 1st sight! Instead I thought he wanted to kill her :(! I was devastated and considered returning her to the breeder before we headed home! I was so Surprised because Tonka had Never acted this way to a dog before let alone a puppy! I decided to keep her and to find a way to work it out! I ordered gates from Amazon on the way home so that I could keep them separate yet together! We arrived home on Saturday’s and on Monday morning they were running around the backyard together (before the gates arrived.........lol)! I realized that the road trip made Tonka a bit GRUMPY! This is them a month later and this is what I expected when I decided to get him his very own Puppy! My house is Overflowing with LOVE even more than the Hair that we watch float by..........lol

Samy & the Snow Dogs

Hi! I'm Samy. As a kid, I was the type to bring home every lost dog I saw walking alone on the streets. I have no idea where my love of dogs came from, cause my family definitely did not share it. They allowed me to keep the pets only until I found them their home. When I graduated from college & got my first home, I made the jump to get Leo! I had always wanted a husky and knew I was about to turn my house upside down from the chaos of owning this type of breed. After a year, I got an adorable samoyed puppy named Graham- which turned out to be the biggest training challenge and I adore him for it. We now share our adventures through dog training, adventuring Utah with them, and fostering other huskies by rescuing them from the shelter! ==================================== Samery Moras is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.

Cabin Dweller

Welcome to my cabin life with 6 dogs in the Yukon Territory in northern Canada. I have always loved nature and wildlife and am most at home out in the bush with minimal people around. It's where I re-energize my soul and where I'm surrounded by nature and wildlife! Winters are long, summers are never long enough. And buggy. And bear-y. I've lived in this 20x24 "cabin" for over a decade but have been in cabins for 20 years. I do all the upgrades, fixes, and renos myself. It's a "dry" cabin, (no real running water or toilet). I've learned plumbing, wiring, carpentry, you name it, I've broken it & tried to fix it. I cut wood for heat. Someone else built the shell to my cabin, I did all the rest myself. And there's still more to do. It's a 12yr work in progress!! :) I want to inspire and motivate people, especially women, to get outdoors, explore and try new things! Do things out of your comfort zone and you'll unlock a part of yourself that you never knew existed!
