Ingredients: Milk – 2 cups Egg - 2 Maida – 2 tsp Sugar – 6 tbsp Vanilla essence - ¾ tbsp Steps: Add egg and maida to the mixie jar and pulse a few times. Transfer to a pan and add milk and sugar. Turn on the stove on medium flame and bring it to a slight boil. Keep stirring continuously. When it starts bubbling up, switch off. Keep stirring for another 2 minutes. Let it cool completely. Then add vanilla essence and mix well. Transfer to the mixie jar and give a pulse. This makes the mixture thin. Transfer this to a dish. Cover with a cling wrap and leave it in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Scoop the ice cream and top it with some sprinkles. Enjoy the ice cream!
