🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉黃節瓜 1條
👉綠櫛瓜 1條
👉小蕃茄 75克
👉紫洋蔥 ⅙顆
👉透抽 1隻
👉蝦子 6隻
👉水果醋 2大匙 
👉薑泥 1小匙
👉醬油 2大匙
👉味醂 2大匙 
👉生菜 適量
👉糖 1小匙

1大匙 = 1湯匙 = 15ml
1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml

🥣備料🥣
①洋蔥切片泡水
②櫛瓜去頭去尾切片
③番茄切半、蝦子開背
④透抽去掉內膜與內臟後,將頭部、身體洗淨去除牙齒

🥘製作🥘
①將櫛瓜煎至雙面金黃,筷子插下去可以透過即可濾油備用
②將蝦子煎至全熟備用
③熱鍋下油,大火將透抽煎至全熟備用。
④水果醋、醬油、味醂、薑泥、糖攪拌均勻
⑤透抽切圈後備用
⑥擺上生菜、櫛瓜、洋蔥、番茄、蝦、透抽,最後淋上醬汁

🥣Preparation🥣
①Slice the onion and soak in the water
②Cut the zucchini’s stalk and slice it.
③Cut the tomato into half, slice the back of the shrimp
④Remove the animal giblets firstly and clean it.

🥘Cooking🥘
①Pan-fry the zucchini until golden brown for both side, if chopstick can stick through the zucchini, then you can set aside.
②Pan-fry the shrimp to fully cooked
③Preheat the oil, use high heat to pan-fry the neritic squid until fully cooked then set aside.
④Stir with fruit vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, minced ginger and sugar well.
⑤Chop the neritic squid.
⑥Arrange the lettuce, zucchini, onion, tomato, shrimp and neritic squid, then sprinkle the sauce, and you are ready to serve.
