The US Navy Thinks These Stars are Drones.

A recently released video shows a Navy team leader videoing four lights, he describes them as possible drones. However, they were actually easily identifiable stars. 
Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, Scott Bray, seems to repeat this in testimony to a congressional committee. 
Did the Navy, and the UAP task force never actually figure it out?
