Have you ever heard of this?! I just did for the first time a couple weeks or so ago thanks to my niece and Kid's Baking Championship. It's basically just caramelized white chocolate! So easy to make and v, v tasty. Just add some *quality* white chocolate to a lined baking sheet (you’ll want one with a higher percentage of cocoa butter like OliveNation) and bake at 250-265F for ~ 45 minutes, stirring about every 10 or so, until you’ve reached a golden, caramelized color. Don’t be discouraged if it gets a bit dry looking, just stir and it’ll melt. Enjoy!!
