1 Pomelo
take the pulp out
Add 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds powder
1 tbsp dried chilies and Sichuan pepper powder( roasted and crushed)
1 tbsp sugar or as per the taste
1/2 cup curd
To temper
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt as per the taste
mix it well
