【1031血染萬聖節】一刀不剪 瘋警連環襲擊社工實錄 Mad police attacked social workers serially

Police’s mental state is again questioned by the public* 

(10.1) Around 9:00pm of Halloween, at the junction of Nathan Road and Arran Street (Mong Kok), frontline social worker Jackie and his male co-worker Key were trying to urge the riot polices to stay calm and appropriate use of weapons. They were attacked by riot polices in a sudden.

Firstly, a group of polices rushed into the sitting-out area, they used batons to hit the residents that dressed casually, and they beat serially at the head of the social worker Key, making Key’s head seriously bleeding immediately. First aid volunteer tried to stop the blood using gauze pads, but Key’s head remained spraying a lot of bloods. There were at least two wounds be found on Key’s head.

Jackie called ambulance and asked the on-site police commander to explain the incident. When Jackie tried to point-out the policeman who injured the social worker, a policewoman sprayed pepper-water directly at her eyes in close distance. Regarding the three flowers-shape badges on the shoulders of that policewoman’s uniform, she was believed a chief inspector. Then, Jackie continued to urge the on-site commander to manage the emotion of the policemen on the spot, but the violent policewoman sprayed pepper-water at Jackie’s eyes again, then she sneered and left. When Jackie returned to talk again, that policewoman turned back and sprayed pepper-water at Jackie’s eyes once again, like trying to turn people into silence with violence. During the period, policemen pointed heavy-duty flashlight at Jackie’s eyes repeatedly, causing her eyes suffering secondary damage.

As seen at the scene, most of the riot policemen that wearing gas mask did not show police-ID number, or only showed incomplete number. Nearly all of them had not followed the new measure announced by the police department earlier that they have to show their "action call-sign" on a "white card” on their chest.

After Jackie was sprayed three times, the plainclothes policemen that wearing mask on face and turned front side of warrant card to inside, kept yelling at her and taunted the first-aid volunteer that helping her to clean up the pepper-water: "Cockroach has set roadblock, how ambulance can come here? Use your brain! Social worker!"

"Wow! First aid personnel! Awesome! Still a need to call ambulance?"

警察精神狀態再受公眾質疑。陣地社工陳虹秀（Jackie）及其男同工Key ，10.1 萬聖節晚上九時左右，在彌敦道鴉蘭街交界勸導防暴警察保持冷靜，小心使用槍械期間，突然被防暴警察瘋狂襲擊。

先是一批警察衝入休憩區，持棍毆打街坊裝束途人，並連擊社工Key頭部，他即時血流如注，義務救護員用敷料為其止血，頭部仍不斷湧出大量鮮血，頭上至少有兩處傷口。

陳虹秀呼救叫救護車，要求現場指揮官交待事件，指出打傷社工的警員時，再被一名肩披三粒花，相信是女總督察的人員，以胡椒水直噴射雙眼，之後陳繼續促請現場指揮官管理現場警務人員情緒，但施暴女人員，再用胡椒水直射其眼部，冷笑離開後，當陳再次說話時，又折返向其眼部噴射胡椒水，猶如以暴力滅聲。期間，警察多次以強力電筒，照射陳虹秀雙眼，令她的眼睛受到二度傷害。

現場所見，大部分戴上防毒面具的防暴警員、皆無展示編號或只展示不完整編號；近乎全數人皆沒有跟隨警方早前宣布的新措施，在胸前以「白卡」展示「行動呼號」。

陳虹秀被三度噴中後，有蒙面、不展示委任證正面的便衣警向陳虹秀惡言相譏，又嘲諷協助她清理的義務救護員：「曱甴將道路封住，救護車如何駛來！用下你個腦啦！社工！」

「嘩！救護員！厲害！還有需要召救護車嗎！」
