I'm the only baker, a cook, recipe developer, writer, video editor and photographer behind Josephine Recipes. I was never professionally trained though. I grew up with a housekeeper and maids to serve and cook for me before moving to the UK. Most of the recipes are my own version, some are original from my imagination. All of my recipe videos take a lot of time and effort, but YouTube recently doesn't share and recommend my content. Given that this channel focuses mainly on baking and cooking, a lot of effort and time has been put into creating my own recipes. I want to continue running this channel, but focus on doing what I enjoy, even if it doesn't attract a large audience. It's something I do for myself to relax and bring it to balance my life.
