The Yoga Farm is located in Grass Valley, California, 1 hour from Sacramento and 3 hours from San Francisco. We are a classical yoga ashram that has been around for more then 40 years. We offer twice daily yoga classes at 8am and 4pm along with 2 vegetarian meals at 10am and 6pm and 2 meditation/chanting sessions at 6am and 8pm.
