My husband Dustin and I own Royal Change, a fitness company based in Charlotte, NC. I have been an athlete my whole life and I am a West Virginia University Big 12 alum and Track & Field high jump athlete. I still maintain several school and state records for high jump! I have a bachelor's in Child Development studies and after going back to school for a second degree to become a nurse anesthetist, I dropped out during my second year to chase my passion in fitness and personal training! When my younger brother passed away in 2017 I knew I had to create something that would leave a legacy so I decided to post my workouts here on YouTube to train people from all over the world with no barriers to anyone!
