We create fun, energetic routines set to Christian hip hop, R&B, afrobeats, pop, gospel, and other "clean" music.
Work Hard, Praise Hard Fitness began in 2015 when three friends desired a different type of cardio dance fitness. Over the next few years, our trio grew to an average of 15 participating in our daily lunch time workouts. Incorporating light hand weights into the routines is our "signature", and is used to increase stamina and endurance.
In May 2020, Work Hard, Praise Hard was registered as a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. We moved our live workouts to YouTube to continue our weekly movement during the pandemic. We now encourage movement through weekly and monthly challenges and motivation in our Facebook group!
