ZZK Records has spent more than a decade at the forefront of Latin music, carving out space for artists putting a futuristic (and often electronic) spin on classic rhythms and folklore traditions. Along the way, the label spread across the globe and helped launch a few stars—Nicola Cruz, Chancha Vía Circuito, La Yegros and Son Rompe Pera among them—but while the name ZZK is now likely familiar to just about anyone with a taste for forward-thinking Latin sounds, the crew’s origins were rooted in something much more humble: the desire to throw a great party.

Since taking fifth place at Eurovision, Ukrainian electro-folk band Go_A has remained in the top of Google searches that year. “SHUM” became a worldwide trend in Spotify hitting the top of most European charts, became #2 in Spotify VIral USA & #1 in Spotify Viral Worldwide. “SHUM” also became the 1st Ukrainian song ever to hit the Billboard Top 200 chart. At the end of the 2021, GO_A won the Eurovision Awards in the category of “Most Innovative Stage Production” and won the Vision Music Awards hosted by Wiwibloggs in two nominations: “Most Memorable Staging” and “Best Use of Props”! Also according to the Eurovision Song Contest Radio Go_A’s “SHUM” is among the best top three in the history of the song contest. Also their song “Solovey” is in 128th place among the best songs of Eurovision. For the first time in history, two Ukrainian-language songs were included in this chart at once. Go_A has taken part in numerous international festivals and presented Ukrainian music worldwide.

Kahaberi & Khanums are the first electrofolk Georgian group. Kahaberi (Kakhaber Tsiskaridze) is one of the most valuable musicians (Drummer) and respected stars on Georgian music scene. His work covers numerous popular hits and successful musical projects in Georgia and internationally. The idea to mix Georgian folk with contemporary music was born 20 years ago, when Kahaberi was still studying Jazz in Batumi, Georgia. The first experiment with the famous song 'Gandagana' became so popular among Georgian audience that it gave Kahaberi more confidence and assurance that the idea was valid and interesting for further development. After seven years of searching the right sounds, finally the recording started in 2010.
