Welcome my new channel (Get Fit💪 💥💥💥 Some tips for newbies: 1. Go to the gym in a simple way. Do basic workouts. Never miss some exercise. For example: bench press on chest day, deadlift on back day, squat on legs day etc. These are very useful exercises. Don't Miss (All Start With Low Weight) ✅2. Don't follow professional builders. Every person's body structure/structure is different. Don't do to yours what worked on Arnold's body. You have to find what workout works for your body. Try different exercises to see what works best for you ✅3. Do 3-4 different workouts for a specific muscle. You don't need to do a lot of different workouts. For chest, do bench press, dumbbell press, dumbbell fly etc. For biceps do barbell curls, alternative dumbbell curls, preacher curls.. the end. They are enough. Do them in 4-5 sets. Do 8 to 12 reps. You can do a lot more when you become a little advanced builder ✅4. Try increasing the weight over time. But do not be injured! Workout smartly
