We have started a journey toward self-sufficient living. We are growing our vegetables organically and using the Back to Eden method. We hope you follow us through our trials and errors. We moved from Florida last year and are now living full time at our log cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia where we have new challenges and rocky clay soil to deal with. We plan to use raised beds for the first couple of years, while we improve the main garden soil by using compost and wood chips. We hope you come along as we grow and explore our capabilities and our new surroundings.
