Hey y’all! Its Melinda and Tracey and we make up the Gallivanting Gals. We are just two fun loving gals that love to travel, have a lot of fun and see where our adventures take us. We are always planning our next trip and before we even get there were working on the next and the next and the next, you get the idea! Who we really are: After years of working the 40-hour work weeks or in some cases 60-hour weeks, we decided to follow our dream and start our travels. No, we didn’t sell everything and just up and leave, but we did sell our business of about 13 years and started our planning. We were in Telecommunications and sick of the daily grind. But, to be more personal, we also saw people young and old that were very dear to us pass away and we realized that life is too short, and you never know what tomorrow will bring. Though that may sound a little cliché, that’s truly what gave us a swift kick in the butt to start doing all the things we love.
