They do the hard work :) (Very) short FAQ: Q: Do you have approval from Critical Role to upload highlights? A: Explicit approval? No. However, I've been in contact with them on multiple occasions and they've never told me to stop :) Q: Do you post spoilers on this channel? A: The issue with "spoilers" is that anything I upload can be a spoiler to anyone, especially if they're not caught up yet. In order to minimize the risk of spoilers (meaning story/character arch reveals), I leave the video title and thumbnails as vague as possible, and there's always a spoiler warning both in the title and at the start of the video.
