Hubble Space Telescope

Nearly 400 years after Galileo first observed the heavens through a telescope, we continue to seek answers to age-old questions about the universe. And while the technology has evolved over the centuries, the inquiry remains essentially the same: What's out there, where did it come from, and what does it mean? At the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI), we're working hard to study and explain the once-unimaginable celestial phenomena now made visible using Hubble's cutting-edge technology. In the course of this exploration we will continue to share with you the grace and beauty of the universe, because the discoveries belong to all of us.

Kainaat Astronomy in Urdu

KAINAAT means 'Universe' or 'Cosmos' in Urdu. This is the YouTube page of Kainaat Studios, which produces original astronomy videos in Urdu. Kainaati Gup Shup ("A Chat about Our Universe") is an Urdu video/podcast series about recent discoveries in astronomy, whereas, in English, Kainaat Studio also brings a weekly Podcast - Mr. Universe with Monte Belmonte and Chai on Moon series discussing Astronomy, Society and Human Settlements in Space! Both of these series are hosted by astrophysicist, Professor Salman Hameed of Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts. Kaainat Kids - which is a subsidiary of Astronomy Content for 5-10 Grade Kids, is an initiative by Kainaat Studios (www.kainaatstudios.com) supported by the IAU - Office of Astronomy for Development. The image on the Banner is a Helix Nebula captured by the Hubble Space Telescope. The image is credited to NASA and STScI. And apologies for covering the central white dwarf with the Kainaat logo.

Space Telescope Science Institute

Expanding the Frontiers of Space Astronomy We are the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Maryland, operated by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy. We help humanity explore the universe with advanced space telescopes and ever-growing data archives. Since its launch in 1990, we have performed the science operations for the Hubble Space Telescope. We lead the science and mission operations for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), and will perform parts of the science operations for the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope. We are also partners on several other NASA missions. Our staff conducts world-class scientific research; our Barbara A. Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes (MAST) curates and disseminates data from over 20 astronomical missions; and we bring science to the world through internationally recognized news, education, and public outreach programs.
