At the time, Michael Elphick and Neil Morrissey were also starring in the hugely popular TV series 'Boon' for Central Television, where Miller and Wolskel were working as Film Editors. Unknown to Central Television, members of Boon's cast and crew, as well as locations, were also used in the movie! Anthony Daniels had previously worked with Dirk Campbell in the series 'The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady' - but is of course better known for his golden role in Star Wars as C3PO. Daniel Peacock plays Noddy's friend Buzzer, who is decapitated by the Vampire Motorcycle in revenge for having stolen its petrol cap. Buzzer later re-appears in Noddy's toilet as a talking turd. Inspector Cleaver's driver, PC Ben E. Dorm is played by Graham Padden. The music was written and performed by Dean Friedman and includes the tracks 'Scratch and Bite' and 'She Runs on Blood'. As well as being an accomplished performer, Dean is no stranger to composing film music. Coincidentally, at the time he was also writing music for Boon!
