Certo dia assisti um vídeo de uma palestra que foi feita na universidade de Harvard pelo pesquisador de alimentos fermentados Sandor Ellix Katz que falava sobre Natto, Koji, Missô que são fermentados da culinária japonesa que cresci comendo e me interessei em aprender mais sobre alimentos fermentados e probióticos. Apaixonada por alimentos fermentados, probióticos que favorecem a digestão e captação dos nutrientes que os alimentos contém, resultando em saúde e bem estar.
