Teacher Mpamire is an Award Winning Ugandan Stand-up Comedian, Host,High School Teacher, Speaker, Stand-up Comedy Director and Actor with Fun Factory Comedy Company, Kampala, Uganda. Herbert Ssegujja are His real names. He is most famous for mimicking the Ugandan president, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Vinka was born on June 27th 1994 in Kampala, Uganda. A Makerere University graduate of Tourism and Hospitality, she has always had a passion for music and dance. She started out as a dancer for artists like Maurice Kirya, Cindy and Jackie Chandiru before she worked as in intern at Uganda’s premier record label Swangz Avenue while still at university. Veronica moved through the ranks at Swangz and was tasked to work as artist manager for several of the record label’s big artists at the time. From 2013 through to 2016, she worked with Irene Ntale, Winnie Nwagi and other artists. Late 2016, the record label she worked for asked her to convert into a musician. After considerations, Veronica took the opportunity and signed a record deal under stage name VINKA in Febuary of 2017. She debuted with a single titled “Level’ followed by a collaboration with Irene Ntale “Stylo”. She has continued to sit on top on Uganda’s music charts with every song she has released.

As a performer and educator, Mark Stone has an extensive knowledge of global percussion traditions. He has performed with the foremost musicians of Uganda, Ghana, South Africa, Trinidad, India, and the United States. Mark was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at Makerere University, where he researched traditional Ugandan music and performed with the Nakibembe Xylophone Group. As a member of the Bernard Woma Ensemble, he has performed at festivals in Ghana and gyil concerti with the world's leading orchestras. Inspired by his travels to India, Mark recently started a new group, the Mark Stone Trio. While the trio's format is the traditional Carnatic arrangement of a soloist with percussion and violin accompaniment, the music draws on Mark's wide-ranging compositional influences, from American jazz to African mbira/marimba music. Mark is co-founder of Jumbie Records and teaches at Oakland University where he is Associate Professor of World Music, Percussion, and International Studies.
