Cafer Nazlıbaş kimdir? Kemane sanatçısı. 13 Mayıs 1988 yılında Eskişehir'de doğdu. İlk ve orta öğretimini Eskişehir'de tamamladı. 2003 yılında Eskişehir Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi Müzik Bölümü'nü birincilik ile kazandı. Burada viyola, keman ve piyano eğitimi aldı.4 yıl süren lise eğitimini burada tamamladıktan sonra 2007 yılında Ege Üniversitesi Devlet Türk Musikisi Konservatuvarı Temel Bilimler-Türk Halk Müziği bölümünü kazandı. Cafer Nazlıbaş, lise eğitimine devam ettiği dönemde çok sayıda TRT - Türk Halk Müziği TV programlarında ve Kültür Bakanlığı Devlet Türk Halk Müziği Korosuna bağlı olarak oluşturulan Anadolu Senfoni Orkestrasında kemane sanatçısı olarak yer aldı. Emel Taşçıoğlu, Gülşen Kutlu, Ali Özütemiz (Kıvırcık Ali), Sabahat Akkiraz, Bedia Akartürk, Nurullah Akçayır, Sevcan Orhan, Musa Eroğlu, Nuray Hafiftaş, Gülay, Yavuz Bingöl, Hüseyin Turan, Orhan Hakalmaz, İsmail Altunsaray gibi birçok Türk Halk Müziği sanatçısına eşlik etme şansı buldu.
