Stanley Sievers

Stanley Sievers is a filmmaker, actor, and comedian in Los Angeles, CA. He recently released a sci-fi/action/comedy short film called Samurai Sword, which premiered through Film Shortage and was featured in Directors Notes and Booooooom TV. He got his start in the Chicago improv comedy scene by training and performing at iO Theater, Annoyance Theater, and Second City. As a filmmaker, some of his credits include Funny or Die Originals, Just for Laughs: Eat My Shorts, Chicago Comedy Film Festival, LA Comedy Film Festival His projects have garnered press in outlets like Rolling Stone, Indiewire, Huffington Post, MetalSucks, Loudwire, and more. He was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. From 2008-2013 he toured in the hardcore punk band Dead Icons. They toured all over the US, Mexico, and Canada with cool bands.
