Hooked On Wood

Hi, My name is Dennis, and I am from Hooked on Wood. As a hobbyist woodworker, I started my youtube channel in 2019. I am interested in finding ways to improve my workshop, and as you watch my shop improvement playlist, you will discover that I try to search for new approaches to common problems. Sometimes, they are better, and sometimes they do not. I try to inspire fellow woodworkers to look at different angles when creating a pleasant woodworking environment. China Tools series I get a lot of excellent praise for my China tools series. Here I give In-depth reviews of woodworking products from China. Meanwhile, I tested a lot of interesting products. On my website: www.hookedonwood.online you can find a ranking among these products. It can save you some money. Thank you for watching my channel. I hope you will subscribe and join the club.

April Wilkerson

Hey there. I’m April and I’m the creator of Wilker Do’s. I am an obsessed DIYer and Woodworker. I'm not professional or have any training, so I just pick the project I want to tackle and figure it out step by step. I picked up my first tool in January of 2013. I couldn't afford to buy the things I wanted around my home, so I decided to try my hand at making them instead. I was hooked after my first project so I just never stopped. I put out a video as well as a written tutorial on all the projects I do to improve my home and workshop. You can find my website at Wilkerdos.com I also have a commercial and retail shop called the Wood Shed. Find out more here: https://youtu.be/l3Rm8avK6kM Do you have a bulk CNC production needs? Kelly Concepts

Im Shaun Kelly. I am an obsessed DIYer, Woodworker, real estate investor, and content creator. I am not a professional or have any training, so I just pick the project I want to tackle and figure it out step by step. I picked up my first project at ASU where I built a wooden full length beer pong table out on the back balcony. I couldn't afford to buy a plastic table, so I decided to try my hand at making one instead. I was hooked after my first project so I just never stopped. I sold that beer pong table and immediately made another one that was much better, then moved on to home remodeling, welding, and so much more. My degree is in Marketing with emphasis on content creation, so I have been working on recording most of the projects which combines both my interest in videography, as well as woodworking and remodeling. I am a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.

Kate&Barrel Designs

Kate&Barrel Designs took shape as an official business in June of 2017. I started painting furniture when a friend of mine introduced me to chalk paint and after refinishing my own cabinets I was hooked! I enjoy painting in colors and incorporating a natural wood look whenever I can on a vintage or antique piece of furniture. My husband helps me locate pieces here in Tucson, AZ and also helps me transport my furniture. I perform all repairs, drawer bottom replacements, and hardware change outs on my furniture. Vintage and Antique furniture is rarely ready to “just paint” we always go through some repairs or modifications no matter the condition of the piece.

𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚'𝐬 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦

In the 90s, Aunt Iraci showed me how to crochet and I was very curious wanting to learn. I had no needles and started doing it with wood skewers. After that, I bought my first needle and thread to practice, but something was missing. It was then that I bought a magazine and started to study points and techniques. Later, I saw some crochet dolls on the internet causing controversy and that caught my attention. That's when my love for crochet grew! With internet, I got a lot of information to make Amigurumi! I started with the basics, practicing a crochet ball. I learned to read tables, graphs and interpret acronyms. I made my first Amigurumi and repeated the same pattern many times until I got the practice and skill. It was a great practice and today I am in love with Amigurumi. When you're more familiar, I guarantee you will be hooked. Your first Amigurumi may not be perfect, but there is always room for improvement in the future. A strong hug! Fernanda's Craft room

Purple Heart BBQ

I started this channel in January 2022, but I started my veteran and BBQ journey back in 2003 when I enlisted in the U.S. Army. I attended training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO and my first duty station was Kitzingen, Germany. From there I was deployed to Afghanistan for 12 months. When I returned I was stationed at Ft. Hood in Texas. I deployed to Baghdad, Iraq for 15 months in 2007. On October 10th, 2007 I received a Purple Heart for wounds sustained in a rocket attack. The link is here if you want to read more about it. (https://www.nytimes.com/2007/10/11/world/africa/11iht-iraq.4.7856455.html). After that deployment I got out of the Army with an honorable discharge and went to school for business and got my BBA in 2013. Since then I have been worked at manufacturing / distribution companies in the Illinois area. In the summer of 2021 I bought a smoker and I was immediately hooked. I'm here to connect with others in the area and share my content for all to enjoy.

Lisa Ramlow

Lisa Ramlow - Bear Track Wood Works I’ve been working with Wood for almost 20 years now, and I’ve always wanted to turn but for some reason I was afraid or it, or at least intimidated by it. I’m self taught and dove right into all the other tools but not with the lathe. I’ve become a YouTube fanatic and over the past six months or so I’ve been binge watching a whole bunch of incredibly talented artists and craftspeople do their thing with the lathe. And I’m hooked! I purchased a Delta midi lathe in April and am teaching myself to turn by watching a myriad of turners’ instructional and fundamentals videos. Still have a lot to learn, but I’m totally geeked and have a ton of ideas combining wood with resin and alcohol inks and etched metals, copper in particular. I hope you’ll come along on this journey with me.

Joshua Luther

I grew up around woodworking tools and when we bought our house, I was given a Table saw and Miter Saw, and the rest is history. I was immediately hooked and started consuming woodworking videos on YouTube. I've learned what I know from growing up working with my dad, various jobs I've had working with my hands as well as online content and books. I hope through my videos, you'll get a glimpse at who I am and hopefully learn something along the way. I appreciate each and every person who clicks on my channel or views one of my videos.

Fishing and enjoying the outdoors with kids. This channel was my daughter's idea but has become a great outlet and a lot of fun for all three of us. Expect lots of fishing firsts for the kids and myself in our never ending quest to get them on new species for the first time. In addition you can look forward to fish recipes, how to's, tips and tricks and the occasional wood working project. As you'll see we also enjoy doing giveaways a little too often;) We also hosted the very first YouTube Anglers Tournament in February 2017 which was a huge success so you can look forward to more of those as well! Covey Woodworks

I'm a 19 year old guy that loves to create things out of wood. I have always done small woodworking and misc. projects. I enjoy being creative with what I can do. About four years ago a scrollsaw blogger that I follow online started making pens and it sparked my interest. I ordered some of the basic kits online and got hooked. Now I am making high end kits out of wood and acrylics. I make all types of pens, Fountain pens, Rollerball pens, Ballpoint pens, pencils, etc. All my pens are hand made by me on a Jet 1220 lathe. I also own a Probotix CNC Router that I am always experimenting on and trying new things. Here on my YouTube channel I will show how to How To's, Reviews, etc. I would like to pass on as much of my knowledge as possible, so if you have something in particular you would like to see please email me at S.CoveyWoodworks@gmail.com Stuart Covey http://coveywoodworks.com
