Padre Marcelo Rossi nasceu na cidade de São Paulo, em 1967. Formou-se em Educação Física, mas, um ano depois, seguiu a vocação que tinha desde criança: ser padre. Ingressou no Seminário da Diocese de Santo Amaro, onde foi ordenado sacerdote em 1994. Desde então dedica-se fervorosamente à evangelização em todo o país, o que fez com que viesse a receber, do Papa Bento XVI, o título de “Evangelizador do Novo Milênio”. Atualmente, possui um programa diário de rádio na Rede Capital da Fé intitulado No Colo de Jesus e de Maria. Apresenta ainda na Rede Vida, os programas Missa do Santuário da Mãe de Deus, O Terço Bizantino e Quem Ama Canta. Toda semana são celebradas missas no Santuário Mãe de Deus em São Paulo.
