Lost SymphonyTM is a meeting somewhere between classical bombast, heavy metal, and cinematic storytelling that does not adhere to one specific genre, but create a story of its own. Benny Goodman (composer, guitars, piano) had always wanted to combine his love for classical composition and virtuoso level playing with the intensity of rock. Along with his twin brother Brian Goodman, Benny composed compositions which he later recruited his favorite players to lend their talents to. From those first tests of musical camaraderie came the beginnings of Lost Symphony and a new sound defined only by those who play it. With the help of the late Oli Herbert, Benny reached out to Bumblefoot, Satchel, Jeff Loomis, Marty Friedman, Nuno Bettencourt, Angel Vivaldi, Jon Donais, Siobhan Cronin, and many others, a musical archetype was born. Classical compositions sent around the world to musical influencers in their own rights to add their talents within the confines of the Goodman's compositions.

Our faculty can be seen on reality television shows (such as So You Think You Can Dance, X Factor, America’s Got Talent, American Idol, Glee), directing the hottest music videos (Justin Bieber, The Wanted, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez: to name a few) and tours for leading recording artists, as well as producing and choreographing for headlining movies, commercials, Broadway productions, and distinguished dance companies. Our goal is to educate and teach dancers in a non-competitive environment, and we pride ourselves on having a tremendous faculty who support this cause. Lukas McFarlane is a 26-year-old Creative/Choreographer/Dancer from Canada. He was crowned the UK and Ireland’s best dance act, winning Sky1’s hit TV show, ‘Got to Dance’ in 2013. Lukas has worked with such artists as Carly Rae Jepson, Taylor Swift and Celine Dion and danced on shows such as Eurovision and X Factor. Lukas McFarlane is fast becoming a well-known and widely respected creative artist working as assistant creative director to none other than Brian Friedman on The X Factor. He has choreographed for X Factor, ITV’s The Voice, So You Think You Can Dance in Canada, USA, Poland and Portugal as well as worked with global brands such as GAP and UNIQLO and internainternational artists such as Vance Joy, Hayden Calnin, and Gabrielle Aplin.
