Ally the Piper, also known as Piper.Ally, is a musician and content creator who has gained a significant following of over 3 million followers on various social media platforms. She is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, but is best known for her work on the Great Highland Bagpipe. She is particularly recognized for challenging traditional perceptions of the bagpipe, and for her ability to take the centuries-old instrument and make it relevant and appealing to a modern audience. Ally began her career as a competitive bagpiper, starting off strong by winning the 2012 World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow as a member of a youth pipe band. She continued to compete solo and was consistently ranked at the top of her divisions in the Eastern United States. However, in 2016, she decided to step away from competition to focus on her music career. Since then, Ally has been actively working to break stereotypes about the bagpipes and introduce new audiences to the instrument.

Welcome to my youtube channel. My name is Jim Ramsay and I stay in Central Scotland, so handy for both Glasgow and where I work in Edinburgh too. I'm aged 55, married with 2 grown up kids, a Software Engineer by trade, but passionate about videography and photography. I got into video way back in 1990 when I purchased a Sony 8mm Camcorder. Many camcorders and cameras later I'm still out taking videos, as well as photographs as I've now found the amazing world of DSLR! I enjoy taking videos and photographs of planes, both military and commercial. It was a fellow plane geek that told me about youtube and that you can make money from it! Here I am 10 years later and have now hit the magical 100,000 subscribers where I have now received by the "Play Button" plaque from Google! I found quite by accident when in Glasgow one day that military band parades are exceptionally popular on youtube after the views of a homecoming parade I took went through the roof. 8 million+ now for that VT!

Matt Willis Bagpiper has been entertaining folks on the pipes professionally since 2001. He currently plays the highland pipes, flute, whistles, and sings lead vocals with Rathmore, Dallas-based Celtic rock band. Matt has recorded with a number of other artists and organizations as well, including Floramay Holliday, and Heather McCready. Matt composes original pipe melodies and harmony to classic pipe tunes. He has authored two tune books & CD combos titled Tunes, Chords & Harmony Volume ONE and Volume TWO: Christmas Edition, available on Amazon. He also has these tunes available at his online pipe tune store. Matt also served as the Pipe Major of the Metroplex United Pipe Band from 2013 until their retirement in 2023. In 2016 under his leadership, Metroplex United earned first place at both the Tulsa ScotFest and the Arkansas Scottish Festival in Grade 5. In September 2017, Matt Willis was chosen by the renowned bagpipe maker R.G. Hardie & Co. to be a featured artist.

Bagpipe and drum music group Auļi was founded in 2003. A few of group members have already played in the first bagpipe group in Latvia -- Dūdinieki, which was formed in 1994. Regardless of the fact that there is scare trace left of bagpipe and drum playing traditions, both instruments were mentioned in Latvian folklore materials. The music pieces reflect creative approach of the group members. Auļi`s repertoire contains dance and bagpipe melodies including tunes of other European peoples as well as drum pieces.

Hello! I´m Eduardo from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I love to create multi-track recordings of early music (baroque, renaissance and medieval centuries) as well as my own compositions. I´m a multi-instrumentalist, being able to play among others, keyboard (harpsichord, organ, piano and clavichord); strings (viola da gamba, hurdy-gurdy); woodwind (crumhorns, recorders, different kind of bagpipes); percussion, and more. ​My goal is to produce multi-track audio and video recordings of high quality sound, but with an informal, fun approach and feel.
