Just a Wee Yorkshireman trucking in the U.S.of A! I'm a truck driver of 34 years now & I've loved every minute, ok maybe not every minute. It all started on my 20th birthday when my dad informed me I was starting work at his friends haulage company(shit I didn't really want a job,it was the late 80's)Longbones Haulage Hull. Fast forward to Christmas of 93 & at last my first international trip,Yugoslavia! Yes, a war zone. Beggars can't be choosers and it was an international trip; I'm on it. It gets better, I was in an FL6 with a pod on the top. 8 months later, I find myself landing a job in Spain for David Espana & living in Spain for 10 years. Then back to the UK for 15 years of UK shunting, but still doing BIG motorcycle adventures. 2 trips to Morocco & countless trips to Europe,& my biggest 1 yet: a solo trip for Yorkshire Air ambulance to Kazakhstan, You probably get the jist; I love traveling, so when my American wife said she wanted to move back to America I said... HELL YEAH!

Mainly 80's 12" mixes. As a few people have observed, a lot of my vinyl recordings are slightly fast. This was because I was using my trusty old Aiwa Z-D9300M HiFi stack to transfer them, which was old when I started ripping in 2007 (I bought the Aiwa new 1996-ish - sadly the amp died in 2015 :( ) and the turntable speed adjustment screw was difficult to adjust accurately. So apologies for the speed up in some cases. I claim no copyright on these recordings, my original intent was to give people a chance to hear classic mixes of songs you wouldn't normally hear nowadays (and i've used YouTube to hear 12" mixes of songs i've never heard before), although to be fair in recent years a lot of albums have been reissued with extra tracks inc. 12" original mixes, which is great &long may that continue.

Inspired by Cabaret Voltaire and Kraftwerk Gin started to experiment in the early 80's with tapeloops, drumboxes, mono synthesizers and effect driven vocals to create his own electronic music. In the early 90's Gin graduated at the royal art academy in Antwerp and was student at the Royal conservatory of experimental electronic music. In 2010, after years of silence Gin decided that it was time to wake up the sleeping beast Vomito Negro and released "Skull & Bones" and "The 2K10 Remakes" In 2011 "Slave Nation" was released, this album is Gin's answer to our vanishing freedom in the name of global security and the fake war on terror.

Welcome to Gull Perch Flyer. I am a private pilot based at the former RAF Bolt Head near Salcombe in South Devon. We have a small flying club here and our grass runway of 600 metres runs alongside the old wartime runway. I own and fly a Luscombe 8A which was built in 1946 and from this aircraft I often film the local area. My main interest is the local history of which is very evident here even after 80 years. I look at many wartime flights that took place here between 1941 and 1946. Close by we also have a Cold War R6 Bunker which was built in 1951 for the RAF Radar and the became a Regional Seat of Government before closing in 1994.
